肉骨茶是新加坡非常受欢迎的美食,是用排骨和中药包煲成的汤,并不是茶,汤的味道非常鲜美,肉也香而不腻
用料
- 排骨 750G
- 大蒜 1整个
- 肉骨茶包 1个
- 板栗 10个
做法步骤

1、买一些新鲜的肋排洗净备用

2、放入锅中焯水5分钟

3、出锅洗净

4、重新加入开水放入排骨

6、把茶包放入锅中中火炖60分钟
